This unique brooch/pendant is set with 13 old mine cut diamonds for a total weight of 4 carats. This was most likely a custom-made piece in which the client had diamonds from a variety of pieces of jewelry set into a single item; sizes and qualities of the diamonds vary. Individual sizes range from 0.17 carats to 0.81 carats.
