Georgie Gleim was honored this summer to be elected Chair of the Board of Jewelers of America, the largest retail jewelry organization in the country. JA, as it is known, advocates professionalism and adherence to high ethical, social and environmental standards for its members, with the goal to continue to increase professionalism in the industry. JA has also been instrumental in a number of issues affecting the industry on a global scale. It is a special honor, as Georgie’s father was President of JA some years ago. JA's board is made up of hard-working, dedicated jewelry professionals from around the country. She look forward to working with them over the next two years.
